Overview
SWAN Beauty is an AI and AR-powered smart mirror that analyzes skin, guides users through routines with a built-in virtual makeup artist, and delivers personalized product recommendations backed by dermatologists. Product is available for purchase.
My Role
Brought in to reimagine the onboarding experience for first-time users and own two premium features from the ground up: the skin analyzer and AR makeup artist. Led features end-to-end, from initial research through final handoff to developers.
